Dr Rogerson has undertaken regular work as an Expert Witness since 2001.
He has completed postgraduate training in medical law at Cardiff University Law School and subsequently specialist Expert Witness training provided by Bond Solon.
He is able to act as an Expert Witness in relation to Civil Courts and can provide contact details of colleagues who may act in Criminal and Child and Family cases.
He is a Special Visitor to The Office of The Public Guardian, providing reports relating to Mental Capacity in the Court of Protection.
